Planning:
When you fill out our Inquiry Form we then review your needs into what you expect from your website, and have awareness of your industry. It is important for you to be as detailed as possible when filling out this form . We may have questions for you to help clarify certain issues and we will express these before quoting on your project.
Website Development Contract:
Once we have come to an agreement on project details, timeline and price, we will prepare a website development contract for you to review, sign and send/email back with your deposit. Contracts are not required for projects under $1,500.00.
Initial Deposit:
The signed contract and 50% deposit is required before we schedule a time slot for your project. The remainder of your balance will be due upon project completion. Once we have received your 50% deposit and signed contract, we will provide you with a copy of the fully executed contract, a receipt for your deposit and your project start date. All projects are scheduled on a “first come, first serve” basis.
Choosing your website Hosting plan:
Web hosting enables you to put your website out on the World Wide Web for everyone to see. By selecting your Hosting Plan we will be able to build and publish your site .
Creating Your Domain Name
A personalized domain name is a unique address on the Internet for your website such as www.my-sitename.com We help you to search and register your domain address. If you already have a domain, we will assist in transferring your domain.
Website Design Coordination:
Step 1: View our Portfolio for design ideas .
Step 2: Visit our Decorating Elements page. In this page you will find lots of interesting features to choose from that we use in decorating your website.
Step 3: By now you will have an idea of how you want your site to be done. The next step is to go to Design Center page and by submitting all detailed instructions to us we will start developing your website.
Custom Designed Website Concepts:
We will compose for you, two custom designed home page concepts for your project. In most cases, we will be able to provide these designs within 3-5 business days following your project start date.
After you have reviewed the designs and decided which one to use, we will continue to make modifications to the design until the final look is achieved. Once this is complete, we will create the interior page layout, convert the design to HTML, add programming, etc. You will have the opportunity to review the progress during these stages for completion.
Publishing your Website:
Once you have approved your website, we will assist you with the final details and publish it to the Internet.
In a very short time after signing up your website will be published on the world Wide Web.and be exposed to the public.
Revisions: If you have refinements or edits, we will make the changes you request. You are permitted a one time change to your site in your cost of creating the website
Minor Adjustments / Changes
Minor adjustments to the website are included at no charge for up to two weeks after the website has launched . Minor changes include adding /changing text, adding or changing photos, etc. Any major revision requests will require additional discussion and possibly incur a fee.

Maintenance Program:
